This new building concept being developed by FRANKLIN | architecture will revolutionize the way structures are designed, built, and used.

Using SMRT (Semi-Modular and Regionally-Transportable) (tm) technology, buildings may be designed using a series of standardized structural components. Once a customized design is finalized, the components are shop-fabricated, saving time and cost. The shop-fabricated components are assembled on site, dramatically-reducing the on-site construction duration.

After the structure is complete, it is designed to become demountable and separate into modules, capable of being moved on-site or transported to other sites if desired. Additionally, new sections may be added, or existing modules reconfigured, to allow for ultimate flexibility, adaptability, and a practically unlimited life-span for the building.
